This role is to provide a safe, clean, and functional workplace environment between all 3 dealerships. This will essentially be a "do it all" role. Responsibilities anywhere from janitorial duties to groundskeeping.

Compensation- $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DEO

Schedule- Full-time flexible hours. Business operations are 7:00-8:00 M-F, this role can work a set schedule anytime in those hours of operation.

Responsibilities

  • Spot-checking janitorial crews cleaning and doing light housekeeping on anything that is missed.
  • Inspecting dealership for items that need to be repaired by an electrician, contractor, plumber, etc.
  • Groundskeeping
  • Ensure appliances in breakrooms are functional and all breakroom supplies are stocked
  • Maintain breakroom cleanliness
  • Ensure office furniture is in good condition and functional
  • Maintain dealership lot cleanliness and free of hazards
  • Ability to perform light paint touch up to keep facilities looking sharp
  • Replacing light bulbs/fixtures when needed
  • Light repair of items when needed – for example – cabinet doors, hinges, door handles, wall plates, and emergency exit signs.

Qualifications

  • Well organized, strong prioritization skills, and strong observation skills
  • Ability to drive between all 3 dealerships
  • WA state driver's license is required
  • Clean & Clear WA state driving record is required
  • Pre-employment background check, reference check & drug screen is required
