Carter Subaru is growing at an amazing pace and we need another Master Technician to add to our team! Experience and ASE certifications are required, however not Subaru specific. Full time, hourly plus bonuses, rotating Saturdays, pay depends on experience. Subaru Sr. Master pay starts at $48.00 an hour.

Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership procedures
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Qualifications
- ASE certifications A1-A8 are required - Any brand is ok
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission
- WA state driver's license is required
- Clean & Clear WA state driving record is required
- Pre-employment background check, reference check & drug screen is required
