The Vehicle Acquisition Assitant role is to acquire additional inventory for the dealership by purchasing customer vehicles that come in for service appointments.
Schedule - Full-Time, Thursday - Monday
Pay - $20.00-27.00 per hour + Bonuses

Responsibilities
- Inspect and accept vehicles arriving onsite
- Using sound judgement, research, and excellent interpersonal skills to make offers on vehicles and close sales
- Driving incremental business through a high-level of engagement with customers.
- Respond to all KBB/ICO leads within minutes of their arrival through the platform provided.
- Make sure to provide service customers with the option of selling or trading their vehicles daily from the service appointment schedule, with personalized cards in the customers vehicle.
- Follow up on all active customers daily from the platform provided.
- Work directly with the Used Car Manager and Assistant Used Car Manager daily to achieve set goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to follow directions from several managers
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
- Strong customer service skills
- WA state driver's license is required
- Clear and Clean driving abstract is required
- Background check, reference check & drug screen is required
