We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Subaru Loaner Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operation of our service loaner vehicle program. This role is critical to delivering a smooth, professional customer experience while maintaining the condition, availability, and compliance of our Subaru loaner fleet.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable coordinating between service advisors and customers.

Some responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage daily check-in and check-out of Subaru loaner vehicles
- Educate customers on loaner vehicle policies, expectations, and return procedures
- Maintain accurate loaner agreements, driver’s license verification, and insurance documentation
- Monitor fleet availability and coordinate loaner assignments with the service department
- Track vehicle mileage, fuel levels, registration, and inspection requirements
- Schedule cleaning, fueling, routine maintenance, and repairs for loaner vehicles
- Inspect vehicles before and after use; document and report damage as needed
- Ensure loaner fleet complies with Subaru and dealership standards
- Maintain a professional, courteous customer experience at all times
- Support additional service department tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous automotive dealership or service experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using dealership software and basic computer systems
- Attention to detail and accountability for vehicle condition
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk, stand, and move between vehicles throughout the day
- Ability to drive various Subaru models
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Hiring Qualifications:
- WA state driver's license is required
- Clean & Clear driving record is required
- Pre-employment background check, reference check & drug screen is required
