Are you a self-starter who can multitask, learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline and detail-oriented environment? We are seeking a Channel Sales Coordinator to partner with our Channel Operations Analyst as well as our Channel Sales Organization. In this role you will work cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, Sales, and Technical teams, along with Cisco Account Managers and Service Providers. As a Cisco Meraki Channel Sales Coordinator you will be subject matter expert when it comes to the various processes for our partner and service provider team.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing cases directly related to sales crediting and sales booking reconciliation claims both internally and externally
* Meet with Meraki and Cisco Teams to explain various Channel-related sales processes
* Maintain SFDC data integrity for all Channel related transactions in Salesforce
* Back-end assistance throughout the Free Trial process
* Cross-functional engagement with multiple teams including Sales, Sales Engineering, Operations, Legal and Finance
* Negotiating Sales Operations specific terms on Legal contracts with the Service Provider team.
* Tracking and working with Legal to upkeep contract agreements.
* Salesforce reporting and SFDC Dashboard maintenance
* Responsible for user acceptance testing on new processes
* Improve upon existing Channel Sales and Sales Operations processes in partnership with Channel Analyst
* Supporting Service Provider leadership in ensuring new Service Provider agreements are communicated with broader impacted sales teams
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years work experience preferred within a Sales Operations or other Operational role
* University degree preferred
* Understanding of Channel-bound sales processes preferred
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to understand and explain complex processes in a simplified way
* Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM/sales systems.
* Proficient using Excel (VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, Pivot Tables, SUMIF) and Powerpoint
* SQL & Tableau experience preferred (Query/Join/Aggregation)
* Organized, self-motivated and adaptable, with a professional attitude
* Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment
* Exceptional interpersonal communication skills across multiple communication mediums
* Comfortable working with Sales Leadership and Cross-functional teams

For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
