The Enterprise Applications & Infrastructure team at Meraki is a horizontal function that spans Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations. This group enables process improvisation and automation to improve productivity, simplify business processes and enhance the effectiveness of Meraki as a whole.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with business leadership to identify requirements to establish a clear, consistent capability vision as well as support technology vision through collaboration, influence, and enablement. Collaborate with partners to transform the current business processes and help define processes, and policies around system design, scalability, and security of solutions.
  • Lead solutions design of highly visible corporate transformation initiatives(Quote-to-Cash). Also, maintain/lead cloud integrations and API architecture for enterprise systems and set the technology vision, ensuring alignment with the company's standard processes.
  • Research and design implementation strategies for new and/or alternate technologies that will further business goals and provide competitive benefits.
  • Work with architects, BSAs, and engineers to articulate and shape the technical roadmap, drive bold solution directions, and seek out innovative opportunities that have a high impact in a fast-moving market.
  • Estimate IT projects and analyze the short and long-term impacts of various tactical options.
  • Read and review code in any of the following languages: Apex, Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, or others (OO preferred)

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

  • 8+ years of relevant IT experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a developer and architect within the SFDC CRM/ Oracle ERP domain with experience delivering complex projects.
  • Implemented integrations such as REST/SOAP/Graphql APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, and JavaScript is preferred.
  • Developed and managed enterprise application integration/architecture diagrams and repository.
  • Experience with any of the following: Ruby on Rails, Scala, Go, or Postgres.
  • Been an expert in at least one of the backend frameworks: Java/Python/C#/C++.
  • Have experience with private, public, and hybrid clouds such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience in developing microservices architecture, batch, and event-driven integration patterns (Kafka, JMQ, RabbitMQ, gRPC etc).
  • Experience with PL/SQL development, SQL programming and queries.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Oracle ERP configuration options, data, and security models.
  • A background in Apex, Aura component, Lightning Web Component, Process Builders, Lightning Flows, Visualforce, HTML, CSS (form posts, SFTP, 1st/3rd party tracking, query strings, CMS, web authentication is a plus).
  • Experience influencing the technical direction of projects, programs, or organizations, including explaining technical concepts and decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working at scale with highly integrated systems and teams and the ability to manage relationships, understand incentives, and think creatively to solve business problems.

Compensation Range:
$109,500$214,100 USD

When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation target. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Applicants may not be eligible for the full salary range based on their U.S. hiring location. U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
