Cisco Meraki is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team in Chicago! What You Will Do:
- Communicate effectively and clearly with distributors, partners, and customers regarding order inquiries via email
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional follow-up to address any inquiry that requires additional information
- Assist the Returns team with processing return shipping labels
- Collaborate with various operations teams when supporting projects

Requirements:
- Must be located in the Chicago, IL area and authorized to work in the U.S. - Position does not provide sponsorship
- 1 year of experience working with customer service or similar experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Outlook, Excel
- Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment
- Additional language proficiency, is a plus

For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
