We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and inspirational product director to lead the Cisco Meraki MV smart camera business. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop a strategically important new solution category for Cisco. Due to the strategically important nature of this role, you will have to opportunity to regularly working with senior executives across Cisco and influence and advise every department in the organization. From developers to marketers, salespeople to operations, you will influence, empower, and lead a wide variety of resources to achieve the collective goal.
Responsibilities:
- Planning to deliver a billion dollars in annual revenue.
- Leading the development of a strategic product vision.
- Co-developing and ensuring execution of multiyear roadmaps.
- Directly leading a team of product managers for the Meraki MV Camera.
- Hiring experienced staff and mentoring emerging talent across the team.
- Collaborating with departmental leaders in engineering, sales, marketing, supply chain, operations, & finance.
- Working directly with senior leaders on this area of strategic priority.
- Responsible for the ethical implementation of AI technologies.
- Your mission will be to be involved in everything and to work out what will make the difference at any given time, and focusing on impacting that outcome when there isn’t time to do everything.
- Spending up to 10% of your time traveling to see customers and industry events.

U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
