Our Operations team is very excited to continue growing our team by adding a new, Mobile Logistics Operations Specialist (ERP) located at our Chicago HQ ! As our new Supply Project Specialist, you will support the shipping needs of customers, sales, and operations teams, and facilitate the flow of shipments to customers. This opportunity requires an experienced individual with strong operational skills, proactive thinking, high attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a hard-working demeanor!

You:

As our Logistics Operations Specialist (ERP) you will be responsible for leading efforts in our ERP transition to Oracle. With your extensive operations and Fulfillment experience, you will collaborate with different departments within Meraki and Cisco to ensure a seamless and successful transition. You are a hardworking individual, who pays great attention to detail, has excellent project management and problem-solving abilities, and loves challenges.

What You Will Do:

  • Deep understanding of supply chain and Fulfillment operations
  • Ability to speak on operational processes in detail, EDI, ERP, WMS and CRMs.
  • Experience in data exchange between systems and ability to convey requirements (API, XML)
  • Ability to build high-level and detailed process flows and present to greater teams.
  • Project management regarding ERP transformation and integration
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. The position does not provide sponsorship
  • 4-6 years of experience in Logistics/ Fulfilment operations
  • Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills (phone, email, meetings)
  • Deep understanding of operational processes and the ability to speak on those processes to greater teams.
  • Experience with Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and Oracle
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
  • BS or BA degree is required.

Compensation Range:
$78,400$102,100 USD

When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including equity or benefits. For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation target. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
