THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Station Administrator, As the Document Management Officer, you will assist in supporting CS Energy’s Document and Records Management framework, to provide high-quality records management service for Kogan Creek Power Station.
Your key duties include:
- Facilitate procedure and drawing review process
- Manage the station’s Technical Libraries,
- Assist all site personnel in using and locating information within the Library
- Manage the document management process including updating or developing the relevant procedures to the site drawing management system
- Provide practical solutions for the site that meet individual need, business requirements and records management compliance.
This is a full time (4 day work week), 12-month fixed term opportunity at our Kogan Creek Power Station.
ABOUT YOU
Our preferred applicant for this position will most likely possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Certificate qualifications in an Administrative discipline or similar field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant qualifications in Library and Information Services
- Previous experience with SAP and TRIM (or other similar eDRMS)
- Previous experience in developing and managing drawing management systems and working in a technical library
- High level of Records Management skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of or the ability to gain knowledge of legislative requirements and industry standards related to recordkeeping, in particular:
- QDAN 249 - General Retention and Disposal Schedule for Administrative Records (Qld)
- QDAN 618 - Energy Sector Retention and Disposal Schedule (Qld)
