As the Organisational Change Specialist you will support the successful delivery of the SAP S/4 Core Uplift and Windows 11 upgrade projects. You will focus on the people side of change – managing the impacts on business processes, systems and technology and ways of working. You will develop and implement change management strategies and plans that ensure smooth transitions and maximum employee adoption and usage, in alignment with CS Energy’s change management framework (Prosci and ADKAR) and project management methodology.
The role is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Support the design and execution of comprehensive change management plans and artefacts for both the SAP S/4 Core Uplift and Windows 11 programs. Key activities will include stakeholder identification, change impact assessments, risk mitigation, sponsor planning, resistance management, coaching, and success measurement.
- Provide advice and collaborate with key stakeholders to align and coordinate change management priorities across the organisation.
- As a member of the Organisational Change Management team, advance the Enterprise Change Management Maturity Plan, driving increased change capability and awareness throughout project teams.
- Foster strong, productive relationships with Program/Project Managers, the Employee Engagement and Communications team, and key organisational leaders. Ensure that change management strategies are aligned with broader project goals and organisational objectives.
- Define, track, and measure success metrics to monitor the progress of change initiatives and ensure that intended outcomes are achieved.
- Support change leaders in driving faster adoption, higher utilisation, and increased proficiency with the changes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in organisational change management, particularly in large-scale IT system implementations (SAP, Windows 11, etc.)
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies, Prosci and ADKAR (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective change management plans and strategies.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and coaching leaders through change.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and assess change progress and success.
