Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Commercial Operations Pharmaceutical team for an Associate Brand Manager. Working with a highly talented marketing team you will have specific brand management responsibilities implementing marketing tactics and supporting the brand managers across several launch products. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about marketing to engage with the sales force to support implementation of the launch of key brands in multiple dynamic pharmaceutical markets. Highly visible both within the organisation and the target markets, you will be key to the delivery and implementation of focused brand activities
Responsibilities:
- Under general direction of the brand managers, contributes to and implements marketing strategies for existing and new products/franchises within multiple therapeutic areas
- Collaborates with internal Marketing / Medical teams to Identify and implement marketing strategies and programs/tactics
- Designs, develops and implements marketing programs based on market scenario, local positioning and competitive analysis
To be successful in the role you will have
- Bachelors' degree in Marketing , Business or a Life science discipline
- Marketing experience in the healthcare industry
You will also possess excellent communication skills, have strong business acumen and a strong ability to prioritise multiple projects and tasks. The ability to liaise and influence effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders is critical for this role.
You'll demonstrate the ability to drive and cultivate effective working relationships, together with a strong customer focus and can do attitude.
