What will your typical day look like?
As a senior member of the Workforce Management and Payroll Services Team, you will be a member of our UKG (Kronos) practice. Your key responsibility is to provide deep UKG Dimensions product knowledge and insights in the delivery of UKG Dimensions projects working within and across project implementation teams and providing support, advice and guidance to team members to help educate and development their solution capabilities.
Specifically, the primary role will be to architect and design UKG Dimensions solutions ensuring that the solution is appropriated integrated, aligned and embedded within the organisations technology landscape. Further you will consider items such as best use of functionality, user experience and integration complexity as part of the overall UKG Dimensions design to deliver the best value and organisationally aligned solution.
As this is predominately a project-based role, you’ll be contributing to and collaborating with our highly talented WFM consulting team to implement, consult and advise on UKG (Kronos) software aligned with project schedules.
In any given day, you’ll be facilitating workshops directly with clients, collaborating with colleagues to evaluate & problem-solve complex requirements, advise on or configure software and provide ongoing functional advice and team development support.
As part of the role, ongoing product training will be provided to receive and maintain applicable certifications.

Enough about us, let's talk about you
You will be someone with a genuine interest in both the human and technical side of HR, payroll and workforce management technology. While you’ll certainly have deep expertise in UKG (Kronos) software, you’ll need to bring an aptitude for consulting in a client-facing environment.
You will additionally have the following:
Tertiary level qualifications in Business, HR, IT or related areas
- Knowledge of, and experience with, the UKG (Kronos) WFM solutions, specifically Workforce Dimensions is essential – including enterprise scale UKG (Kronos) implementation projects
- Hands on implementation experience in UKG (Kronos) Dimensions, either in a solution architecture or design role or in a functional lead role across multiple functional areas
- Specialist knowledge of one or more WFM functional areas such as time and attendance, optimised rostering, leave management, budgeting, activities, analytics, workflow, devices, API development and/or interfacing
- Specialist WFM product integration knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of information technology concepts and processes
- Good understanding of broad business issues cross multiple industries
- Ability to keep abreast of industry processes, technology changes, complementary product changes and keeping core product Kronos skills up to date
- Ability to mentor and develop junior consultants
- A drive for high quality successful delivery along with continuous process improvement
