The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinator with excellent communication, people skills and a strong interest in all things HR and the power of People Data.
We are seeking an enthusiastic team-player with strong HR administration skills, exceptional attention to detail and time management skills who thrives on learning and is committed to developing a career in HR.
- Preparing new employment contracts.
- Send, track, and manage new & existing employee documentation.
- Ensure filing protocols are followed.
- Management of invoices..
- Ensuring that forms are being fully completed and processes followed in our HRIS (Zoho).
- Consistently reviewing processes and making suggestions for process improvements
- Support with national coordination of training programs such as Induction training and Leadership training.
- Assist with providing analytical support, data management and reporting for various processes.
Who are we looking for?
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills – in particular, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- At least 1 years’ experience in a coordinator/administration position previously (ideally in HR).
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong time management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Flexible, adaptable and resilient
