About Your Opportunity
LV=GI have a fantastic opportunity to join our family of talented people in the GI Business Systems team as a PMO Lead.
You will play a leading role in shaping, establishing and enabling the programme office for a major, strategic programme within Allianz Personal.
This role will be primarily focused on planning and resource management, whilst also supporting the Programme PMO Manager in delivering appropriate governance and adherence to standards.
Your Focus

Support the Programme PMO Manager in day to day management of the Programme Office

Own and manage the overall programme plan, focusing on critical path analysis, key milestone tracking and cross workstream dependencies

Providing support and guidance to project managers and programme managers to align with best practices
-
Establish and manage resource management for the programme, including resource profiling, recruitment profiling and reporting
-
Establish and manage change management practices for areas such as planning and resource changes across the programme
-
Interface with Finance to support in financial analysis, oversight of financial tracking and adherence to agreed tolerances.

Deputise for the PMO Manager as needed
What We're Looking For
To be successful for the role you will have PMO/Project Management qualifications demonstrating an understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies, Best Practice, Governance standards, e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMI, P3O, MOP previous or experience.
You will have experience in:

Building programme level plans in appropriate tools

Analytical and reasoning skills

Working in a large-scale programme whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and meeting tight deadlines

Ability to continuously prioritise and adapt to a changing environment
-
Communication and interpersonal skills
-
Excellent use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel spreadsheets
-
Understanding of the core PMO tools and importance of data integrity
-
Understanding of project lifecycle and impact of change
-
Assisting in driving continuous improvement
-
Delivering successfully on time bound activities
-
Ability to understand complex issues, simplify and resolve to drive successful outcomes
-
Self-starter with an ability to work independently when needed
Ways of Working
We are delighted to confirm that we are now a hybrid working business. Our office with flex model means that you will have the opportunity to work from home as well as the office. As a hybrid worker you will be in the office between 2 and 16 days per month depending on individual and business need. This will be discussed at interview stage.

The role will be based at the LV=GI Bournemouth or Croydon office.
