The Infrastructure Planning and Acquisition Center of Excellence team (IPA CoE) is responsible for enabling and optimizing the foundation that supports infrastructure delivery for Land, Energy, Networking, Datacenter Planning and Cost Management through efficient processes, data driven decision making, innovation, and automated and integrated tool sets.
As a Program Manager on the Telecom Resource Infrastructure Manager (TRIM) Engineering team, you will implement solutions to improve application environment security and ensure required compliance activities are completed in a timely manner. With an eye on the future, you will help plan the long-range capabilities and resilience of our tools. Collaborating with internal partners, you will conduct assessments and provide documentation, helping the application move toward SOX readiness.

Responsibilities

- Track security and compliance dashboards. Conduct timely solutions and mitigations to recurring activities and failed test results.
- Provide consolidated test results to our 3rd party contracting team to help improve the overall compliance of the tools.
- Champion operational excellence via established metrics, process governance, and policy controls for regular assessments and improvements.
- Strong drive for an easy to use yet secure application.
- Partner closely with the Microsoft Compliance team to conduct assessments, then gather and prioritize improvements.
- Work closely with KPI Owners and engineering developers to gather and prioritize requirements and ensure alignment on scenarios.
- Listen and learn from internal partners conducting similar activities to ensure we’re making correct decisions each step of the way.
- Communication – clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or 3+ years of related professional experience.
- 1+ years of experience in administering an Azure subscription, mitigating security vulnerabilities and driving best practices.
- 2+ years of experience in program management or product management defining, driving, and delivering optimization solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, Excel, Kusto.
- 2+ years of experience working in s360 and/or other security dashboards, implementing documented solutions.
- Strong proficiency in administration of Azure SQL DB, Azure Security Services, Microsoft Excel, and Visio.
- Proficiency using Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Office Suite, OneNote, SharePoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills; be thorough in trouble-shooting issues.
- Must be a US Citizen.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an engineering delivery role as an Engineer, Developer or Program Manager in an enterprise, corporate environment.
- Strong business acumen.
- Agile in focus and communications - shifting from strategic to tactical depending on the needs of the day and the audience.
- Detail oriented & thorough.
- Planning and time management skills, the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and people with aggressive timelines and be able to prioritize work accordingly.

- Proven success working in a complex environment and across a diverse set of business, operations, engineering, and leadership stakeholders.
- Solid communication skills and fluent in presenting analytical results in an impactful manner.
- Embraces continuous improvement and new ways of doing things.
- Track record of effectively collaborating across teams and disciplines as a contributor or lead.
- Proven ability to define customer-focused scenarios, wireframe the voice-of-the-customer into a visually proposed solution and lead virtual teams to ensure that solutions are delivered end-to-end.
Background Check Requirements:
- Microsoft Cloud Screen Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Screen background check upon hire/transfer and every two years after that while in this role.
