Implementation partners play a crucial role in driving this growth and our DTP Partner Success team in engineering devises large scale global programs that tap into product telemetry, marketplace solutions, and engineering expertise to help those partners. Our work ensures partners across the Digital Transformation Platform (DTP) become highly competent and well-equipped to drive customer success and adoption.
Responsibilities
This role in the DTP Partner Success team is responsible for partnering across disciplines to improve and create large scale partner programs for our Business Application & Power Platform products. As part of the engineering organization, you will drive product and workload-specific initiatives leveraging product telemetry, marketplace solutions, and engineering expertise, influencing customer success and adoption for one of the fastest growing product categories at Microsoft.
Qualifications
3+ years experience in product marketing, product management, program management, or service delivery in software engineering, including -
- Experience bringing a product to market and driving successful deployments and adoption
- Demonstrated leadership skills, proven in creating clarity, generating energy, and delivering success
- Excellent cross-discipline collaboration and ability to influence without authority
- Passion for data and technical analytical skills to derive data-driven insights
- Deep understanding of SaaS concepts and experience with product telemetry
- Exceptional systems thinking and experience with designing and launching products or programs at global scale
