Turn 10 Studios, creators of the hit Forza Motorsport franchise, and a division of XBOX Game Studios, is looking for an experienced QA Artist to join the Motorsport Cars team. Turn 10 Studios is the producer of two successful franchises and continues to build on that success. Responsibilities
This role will cover a range of duties from learning and executing on current production processes to working with art leads and director in prototyping pieces, solving content issues and investigating new tools in the pursuit of driving industry leading car content. The right candidate will have a strong knowledge of video game art and hard surface authoring skills. In addition, the right candidate will be capable of assimilating new software packages and applying new learnings to existing processes.
- Gain proficiency in middleware, both industry standard and ramping on proprietary packages
- Bring expertise in car content production to troubleshoot and bug fix content issues
- Scratch-building of high to mid poly car assets, modeling, UV Mapping, texture and material authoring
- Handling of CAD data and translation
