The Financial Services Team, part of the Industry Solutions Organization, is accountable for leveraging deep industry and technical expertise to enable global sales teams and partners to deliver relevant, customized industry solutions and services, built on Microsoft technology, to empower our customers to digitally transform their businesses. In this role, the Enablement Lead will support Financial Services thought leadership internally and externally by providing training and education specific to Microsoft’s solutions plays and 1P+3P capabilities for Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance. This includes amplifying our customer wins to drive and ensure a consistent and accurate go-to-market with existing and recruit partners. This will be delivered by ensuring the correct messaging is available internally and externally. In addition, the Enablement Lead will guide our engineering teams to address key needs, as identified by field teams, as part of the product roadmaps. The Enablement Lead will create and execute campaigns with the Field and a target set of Customers to land our solutions and measure effectiveness overall.

Responsibilities
This role requires someone who is highly motivated combining exceptional strategic thinking, superior executive communication skills, project management, performance management and excellent team member skills (down, across, and up.)The Financial Services Enablement Lead will be responsible for ensuring a correct and consistent message is delivered to our field, customers and partners in collaboration and partnership with the Financial Services Industry (FSI) Solutions team, Marketing, the FSI Regional Business Leads and the FSI Leads in the Field.
- Create, manage and execute an enablement strategy linking the FSI strategy, scenarios & solutions and WW sales enablement opportunities.
o Work with the FSI Solutions leaders as the SME for Industry Priority Scenarios (IPS), and Industry Marketing to operationalize the FSI IPS enablement across all regions / areas / countries.
o Manage learning needs analysis & training projects, define deliverables and provide learning consulting services to stakeholders. Work with senior management to identify skills and knowledge gaps.
o Partner with Product Marketing and FSI leaders related to updating FY23 Planning content (i.e. Commercial GTM materials by Vertical).
- Design, co-design, or adapt training content for the FSI Industry.
- Maintain a close relationship with WW Learning team to ensure tight integration with WW Learning curriculum.
- Build strategic business partnerships with key stakeholders – RBLs and FSI EoU leadership, ATU, STU, CSU, Service Line & GPS.
- Act as single point of contact in FSI for all regional & global industry training needs identification and enablement initiatives.
- Manage/coordinate the overall Industry Enablement activities calendar for the FSI industry globally and regionally as appropriate, including coordination of scheduling of learning programs for global teams and supports cascading these programs to regions / areas / countries.
- Lead format and approach for FSI at key internal enablement events (conferences, road shows, etc.) including ownership & management of the FSI Industry Team’s all-up strategic plan for ‘Microsoft Ready.’
- Create and conduct reporting to measure training compliance and effectiveness. (i.e. reports monthly on global results as well as region / area / country enablement activities.
- Maintain close relation with other Global Industry Enablement and Field Enablement colleagues to keep up with global priorities, new initiatives, and approaches.
- Strongly collaborate with Communications and Community manager to plug in enablement initiatives into all-up Communications/Communities global plan.

The base salary for this position in the state of Colorado is between USD 138,700 and 198,000.
