This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a part of a team that defines our skilling offerings. Ideally, you will have real-world, hands-on experience with Azure or related cloud technologies. This team will drive significant impact with our customers and partners and will also have high visibility internally. Your decisions and strategy will guide the direction of hundreds of Microsoft Training Program Managers, Technical Trainers, and Learning Partner representatives across the world as they execute Microsoft sponsored Skilling Plans designed to enable our customers to be successful with our cloud platform.
Responsibilities
- Selecting, managing and executing the membership of the ESI skilling program.
- Coordination with Microsoft product owners, marketing, and Partner organizations to create a skilling program in concert with multiple objectives.
- Build business processes and best practices for developing Skill Plans and delivering trainings at scale to our most important partners and their customers.
- Implement a program that drives Microsoft cloud consumption through training at our largest partners pre and post-sale.
- Help shape the ongoing strategy and mission of our technical training program; provide feedback to the business groups and engineering teams .
- Thrive in an ever-evolving business environment where the focus is on the learner.
- Be a program evangelist with customers, partners and external communities.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
- OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 1+ year(s) experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND 6+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
- OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND 4+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
- OR equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Fundamentals, Coaching (e.g., International Coaching Federation), Project and/or Program Management Professional, archival, or a similar certificate.
- Demonstrates commitment to career development and continuous or consistent learning through formal and informal efforts (e.g., change management, design thinking, management training, online courses).
