Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
The position will have responsibility for product/test engineering for new product development and manufacturing.
- The position requires someone with experience in semiconductor IC development, IC manufacturing, fabrication, test, and packaging.
- Successful candidates should have strong project leadership skills to manage external vendors, drive cross functional teams and drive sub-project as part of larger development programs.
- They should also have excellent knowledge of ATE test program development including test method development, test bring-up, characterization, debug, and yield analysis.
- The candidate should also be knowledge in DFT, silicon fabrication process, product Q&R, and basic transistor theory.
- The candidate would benefit from background in various product market area such as high-performance compute, AI, GPUs, telecom.
- Knowledge of high-speed serial IO test and characterization is a plus.
- Knowledge of active thermal management at test is a plus.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of working experience with each of the following:
- Solid understanding of SOC operation
- Product and test engineering – SOC, GPU, CPU, FPGA, smart NIC.
- Product manufactures manufacturing flows – Semiconductor manufacturing flows.
- Post Silicon debug and yield improvement.
- BS in Electrical Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- MS In Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with FPGA products, design, application and verification tools (Vivado, LiberoSoC, Cadence Xcelium, or similar) are strongly preferred
- Experience in ATE usage, preferably Advantest 93K ATE.
- Experience in SOC, FPGA silicon test HVM methodologies and implementation is a plus.
- Experience working with cloud hardware infrastructures and regression test execution
- Software skills - scripting languages – Perl, C or other relevant scripting language.
- Background Product characterization – Power / Vmin / PVT.
- Process technologies – Advanced Process nodes, 5-10nM, FinFET.
- High speed interfaces.
- Cost reduction – Cost reduction comes from Yield Improvement, Supply chain Optimization, test time reduction.
- CMOS device and product reliability – Complementarity Metal oxide Semiconductor.
- Outstanding problem solving, statistical analysis, and failure debug skills to root cause Silicon issues are required. Relevant experience in EFA and PFA – Electrical [E] & Physical [P] Failure Analysis [FA].
- Product packaging – SOC, GPU, CPU.
- Presentation and communication skills – Cross functional teams and Senior management.
