The Producer or Senior Producer should have experience with shipping high-quality live video games and an expert understanding of the development production process. Exceptional written/verbal communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems are a must. The ideal candidate will work well as a member of a group, be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented, with the ability to follow through on action plans and ideas.
Responsibilities include working in close partnership with various internal and external teams of talented peers to forge effective partnerships, influencing publishing efforts. The Producer or Senior Producer will work with the leadership and development teams to create clear schedules, goals, and milestones.
Responsibilities
- Track and drive the quality and timely execution of deliverables from our internal and external partners, ensuring feedback from our discipline experts is heard, categorized, and prioritized.
- Anticipate risks early and help develop mitigation plans and drive the team towards successful resolution before the risks turn into fires.
- Oversee the high-level production process, stakeholder. communication and management of the products assigned.
- Oversee the review and feedback of milestone submissions for “Contraband”.
- Identify, communicate, and provide transparency on all risks that may prevent teams from meeting schedules, impacting project plans and roadmaps.
- Schedule and attend meetings; facilitate build reviews and ensure action items are captured and communicated to key stakeholders.
- Track multiple workflows in parallel, anticipating issues and proactively resolving them.
- Build relationships with internal teams as well as with external partners, delivering a coordinated effort on overlapping work and creating solutions where conflict arises.
- Develop strong relationships with development studios to establish and maintain a reliable and timely flow of information and materials to all parties as necessary.
- Work with partner teams to develop and implement product specific live operations strategies from production to post-launch; oversee the execution of the day-to-day live operations for your games.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in development process and project management practices.
- Highly organized with experience managing projects and coordinating the efforts of multiple teams.
- Ability to identify, prioritize and resolve complex problems with impactful results.
- Familiarity and working knowledge of production methodologies and work management tools.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while driving progress towards goals and seeing them through to final resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with varying levels of stakeholders and leadership.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.

- Experience working with external partners.
- Experience with GaaS models and live Operations tools/best practices.
Bonus skills:
- Lived experience, Southeast Asia.
