The Azure Data Org in C+AI (Microsoft Cloud + AI Group) is looking for an experienced and energetic Group Business Administrator to provide team administrative and project support. Candidates must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work independently and professionally with all levels in the organization. You must be resourceful and able to deal with ambiguity, possess solid project management and problem-solving skills, be able to prioritize tasks and be flexible in the performance of the job responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Collaborate with team of admins to provide team support for the Azure Data org
- Proactive scheduling, detailed coordination, and preparation for team support
- Manage, track, and procure SAW (Secure Admin Workstation) requests
- Partnering and cross-collaborating with DTP (Digital Transformation Platforms) Administrative team as well as many parts of the C+AI organization.
- Working with the Data org Business Administrators to onboard new hires
- Purchasing equipment for new hires and refreshes. Track assets, updating custodians, cost centers, PC (Personal Computers) recycled assets, and equipment transfers.
- Partnering with Business Admins on planning for cross-collaborating and support on team and org events including All-Hands Meetings, morale events, and others as needed for teams based in Redmond and other locations.
- Understand the rhythm of the business and ship cycles to provide support based on the business needs at the time most effective.
- Office set up and clean out for incoming and outgoing employees, interns, etc.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative support role or equivalent.

- Ability to lift and move standard office equipment minimum of 25 lbs. (i.e., computers and peripherals)
- Proficient with Microsoft productivity software including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
