Responsibilities

Identity Platform seeks a Principal PM Manager to help our team tackle some of our most complex problems – our Platform team, of which you’d be a part, is charged with solutions which improve engineering and financial efficiencies, increasing availability of mission-critical services, delivering critical outcomes like expanding Entra’s suite of capabilities into new geographies. Collectively our programs have a large and enduring impact across the Entra organization.

We are looking for a well-rounded program management leader with a proven ability to navigate stakeholders across the company with an ability to engage with business and technical leaders at all levels. You are an expert authority on managing projects and programs, navigating competing priorities, and guiding teams toward the finish line. You are self driven and a proactive communicator with a growth mindset and a passion for building high performing teams.

This opportunity reports to the Program Management lead for Entra expansion into new geographies. You will lead the efforts around expanding Entra’s suite of capabilities into new geographies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in program management.
  • At least 2 years’ experience defining, communicating, and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • At least 2 years’ experience leading a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong technical acumen and ability to translate what the customer needs to requirements. You’re in the details and you understand why they matter to the customer.
  • Have run programs which deliver technology outcomes. You know what it takes to build, operate, and evolve services which operate at high scale on cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience using data to understand progress and evaluating success.
  • Team leadership experience. You’ve run programs with enough complexity to need several people to deliver, and you led those to successful outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead and drive consensus across leadership, team, and organizational boundaries and to deliver outcomes – the scope of this role is company-wide.
  • Extensive experience influencing executive leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communications skills, comfortable presenting to large audiences and customers.
  • Prior experience working in the Identity and/or Security technology domains.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
