Microsoft’s Cloud business is experiencing explosive growth, and the Capacity, Supply Chain & Provisioning (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth. Our mission is to deliver the world’s computer with an industry-leading supply chain. CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide.
The CSCP Strategy and Transformation team is seeking a User Acceptance Testing Analyst to support business user acceptance testing (UAT) for software deployments as part of the journey to build a world class supply chain.
This candidate will play a key role in advancing the resiliency, flexibility, and sustainability of the Cloud Supply Chain by working with a User Acceptance Testing end to end Lead, program managers, engineering, and subject matter experts to deliver capabilities enabling successful deployment of world class supply chain solutions.
Responsibilities
Work closely with UAT end to end Test Lead, Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Engineering teams and the Program management team to support UAT readiness and execution of transformation programs.
Responsible for UAT logistics
Prepare and Load Test Cases into test execution system
Support efforts to ensure test data readiness
Support timely capture of UAT test results
Capture test execution issues and defects
Ensure transactional data is kept in alignment with test scenarios
Ensure UAT reporting is set up and accurately reflects test execution results
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Experience launching software solutions through the software delivery lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Preferred
- Demonstrated business UAT experience
- History developing trusted partnerships and collaborating across teams
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft VSTS or ADO toolset and PowerBI report development
