We are looking for a field marketing expert who is a fearless strategist and an action-oriented business and people leader to drive the SCI GTM orchestration that includes field engagement and planning, and scorecard metrics for revenue, usage and growth.
Responsibilities
As the WW lead for GTM scorecard metrics and GTM orchestration in the SCI team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of individuals focused on driving growth efficiency and scale for the field
- Lead the FY23 SCI Scorecard metrics execution, orchestrating and gathering feedback from key stakeholders, i.e. Finance, CSU, Field, etc.
- Building, owning and driving the field ROB and key engagements and landing moments with the field
- Orchestrating the end-to-end yearly GTM planning in partnership with Corp + Field stakeholders, execute the plans and provide meaningful qual/quant feedback to strengthen future GTM execution. You’ll be both orchestrating others as well as rolling up your own sleeves to do so.
- Collaborate deeply across multiple teams and disciplines to drive the scorecard initiatives.
- Be a steward of our global PMM & BG Lead community. Drive the transfer of knowledge and skills between and within Corp/Field PMM teams, to encourage a learning culture and infuse a strong Diversity & Inclusion approach everywhere.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in field or segment marketing, sales enablement, or relevant GTM roles, and people management experience.
- OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in field or segment marketing, sales enablement, or relevant GTM roles, and people management experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years direct people management experience or indirect people management experience (or virtual teams).
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in field or segment marketing, sales enablement, or relevant GTM roles, and people management experience.
- OR Master's Degree in Marketing, , Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in field or segment marketing, sales enablement, or relevant GTM roles, and people management experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years people management experience.
- Deeply values and understands how to nurture and coach people and exhibits the values of model, coach, care
- Highly motivated self-starter, technology savvy with passion for driving business growth and the ability to work in a fast-paced disruptive environment
- Able to generate high-impact ideas, manage multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives to completion
- Proven ability to work across virtual teams and influence others, successful track records of building collaborative partnerships and overcoming challenges through teamwork
- Strong oral/written communication skills in front of diverse audiences, formulate and deliver insights around complex business problems in a thoughtful and persuasive manner
- Knowledge of SCI market and solutions – experience in security and identity space is a plus
