  • Customer Satisfaction - Drive positive Customer Satisfaction, and become a trusted advisor to customers and partners, by leveraging M365 Enterprise Services (Exchange online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure AD, Endpoint Mgmt Security & Compliance) expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. You will actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best outcomes​
  • Customer/Partner Insights: Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.

Business Impact

  • Consumption (Cloud & Support) growth: Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's M365 value proposition and get value from their investment in the Microsoft technology.
  • Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services & technical subject matter expertise. Lead the technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments. Deliver all work according to MS best practices & policies and using repeatable IP.

  • Learn It All: Demonstrate Self Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals​
  • Accelerate customer outcomes: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-sure and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey.

As a CSA, you will provide specialized technical support and training, both onsite and remote. The ideal candidate will be totally customer obsessed around delivering an outstanding service, able to devise and implement action plans and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

Three (3) or more years of experience with SharePoint On-Premises or SharePoint Online, in a support or consulting role.

  • Deep technical understanding of SharePoint 2013, 2016 and SharePoint Online .
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment where technology and customers' requirements can change regularly. 
  • Demonstrated aptitude for providing extraordinary customer service in politically charged environments.  
  • Possess a passion for continuous learning, strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and good judgement.
  • Ability to apply knowledge to improve Microsoft products and the customer experience.

Additional

  • The planning, migration and operations of Office 365 in both Hybrid and Cloud-only configurations.
  • Security+ certification
  • The planning, implementation, migration and operation of OneDrive for Business
  • The planning, implementation and operation of Microsoft Organizational Productivity solutions – Yammer, Delve, Office Graph
  • Experience building solutions with Microsoft PowerApps, Forms and Flow
  • Experience building solutions with SharePoint Business Intelligence Tools, Power BI and Excel Services 
  • SharePoint Development and Design Experience – SharePoint Framework, Add-ins, Publishing Sites, Reusable Components and Farm Solutions
  • Deep understanding of PowerShell scripting, specifically with the SharePoint Online Management Shell and Microsoft Azure PowerShell 
  • In-depth knowledge of supporting and complementary technologies, such as AD FS, Azure Active Directory Connect
  • Two (2) or more years of experience with Software as a Service and Platform as a Service environments 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment where technology and customers' requirements can change regularly.

Top Secret Clearance:
The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination.

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems. Will consider related field (or equivalent) experience

Travel: Travel is an integral part of this position. You should be willing to travel as is demanded by the needs of our customers and our business. This position may require travel to customer sites up to 25%-50% of the time. Overnight travel may also be required.

US Citizenship:

The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements.

Cloud Screening: Candidates must be able to successfully complete and pass a Microsoft Cloud background screening. Required Cloud Screenings will be administered on a recurring bi-annual basis.
