Responsibilities
- Business Relationship Owner: This is a vertical focused position. The Health and Human Services (HHS) AE is expected to build a coalition of support (IT and business) with State and Local Health and Human Services customers. This position covers a variety of SLG agencies that provide social services, public health (not clinical health) services and Medicare benefits.
- Team Mobilizer and Orchestrator: Work directly with the SLG Account Executive and other technical resources aligned to the account. Also, direct clear opportunity ownership in strong collaboration with HHS focused partners.
- Digital Transformation Leader and Operational Excellence: Lead, drive and manage opportunities for each of the 4 Digital Transformation pillars and 4 Solution Areas. Consistent, repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Government, Education), driving digital transformation, and/or relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of experience working in a relevant industry (e.g., Healthcare, Government, Education, Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail), driving digital transformation, and/or relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration Degree AND 2+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Government, Education), driving digital transformation, and/or relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).
- 5+ years in selling to or consulting with State Health and Human Services or having worked in a Senior Leadership role within an agency or department
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience to lead multi-cultural, diverse and remote teams across different disciplines
- Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
- Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management
- Embody “we-before-me” mindset
- Solid knowledge of industry required (i.e. Government and/or Health and Human Services)
The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $138,700 - $180,300
At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
