NATL is seeking a product analyst for our telematics team to help optimize data management and workflow for our customers participating in the program. The Telematics Product Analyst is responsible for leading the customer support, reporting, system support, and project management associated with NATL's telematics program. These activities include but are not limited to responding to customer requests, analyzing client data, developing best-practice strategies across the telematics customer base by interfacing directly with product, and business development teams.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Business workflow optimization
Contributes to and/or is accountable for telematics workflow for respective NATL products.
Supports action plans and strategic direction for functional areas and maintains alignment with other product managers to ensure the successful integration of telematics into the product offering
Supports the review, approval, implementation, and communication of assigned filings and ensures compliance with statutory requirements
Build consistent communication and guidance plans for product
Email communication and templates
Okta and user authentication workflow management
Account data management
Point of contact for account administration using proprietary tools
Workflow and triggers management
Feature management to establish data consistency across all integrated telematics providers
Marketing assistance
Assist in administering training and communication materials and providing training as necessary on product/rate changes for staff, field, and agency personnel.
Provides technical advice to lower-level positions and other functional areas.
Webinars and how-to videos
Collaborate with compliance/legal/media/product on releasing external telematics artifacts
CRM – Telematics data management
Works with product teams to develop and manage CRM dashboards pertinent to Telematics
Establish Product-specific reports and scheduling
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Field of Study: Business, Liberal Arts, or a related discipline.
1-2 years experience using SQL.
