Summary:
The Digital Data Director is responsible for leading the organization’s data strategy, governance, and analytics capabilities to drive digital transformation, operational efficiency, and business growth. This role oversees the collection, integration, and utilization of data across digital platforms, enabling data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Data & Digital Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital data strategy aligned with business objectives
- Partner with SBU leadership to identify opportunities to leverage data for growth, efficiency, and customer experience
- Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and dashboards to track performance
Data Governance & Management
- Lead enterprise data governance, ensuring data quality, integrity, security, and compliance
- Define data standards, policies, and best practices across systems (e.g., Epic, Pathway, Qumus, NFP Connect, etc.)
- Oversee data architecture, integration, and management processes
Analytics & Insights
- Build and lead advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive modeling, segmentation, and performance analytics
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for business leaders
- Drive adoption of business intelligence tools and self-service analytics
Digital Platform Integration
- Oversee data strategy across digital ecosystems
- Collaborate with IT and digital teams on system integration and optimization
Team Leadership
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization
- Manage vendors, external partners, and technology solutions
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Mitigate data-related risks through strong governance and security practices

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $173,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
