Position Summary:

Are you looking for an outstanding opportunity to gain invaluable experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment? The Communications Intern position at NFP, an Aon company, offers just that! As an intern, you will be an integral part of our six-person team, responsible for crafting and maintaining our enrollment communication pieces and day-to-day materials. This role provides the chance to work on company-wide projects, interact with different teams, and contribute meaningfully to our growing business.

Position Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  • Assist the Communications team in crafting, editing, and reviewing client communications, including Word documents, websites, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and maintain Communications team resources and materials.
  • Participate in company-wide projects, collaborating with various teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Support the team in implementing creative solutions for internal and external communications.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Attention to detail.
  • A high level of accountability and ownership of work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team with specific deadlines.
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to consult with others to get a job done.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • A team-oriented, friendly, and collaborative attitude.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to input creativity and original ideas into projects.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications is advantageous.

Education/Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • A degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $18 to $25 per hour. The salary offered depends on factors such as experience, credentials, education, certifications, required skill level, the position’s scope, and geographic location. Each salary offer is made individually. This position may also qualify for performance-based incentives.
