Job Type: Full time
We’re NFP, a six-time Best Places to Work award winner in Business Insurance for 2017-2022. NFP is a leading property and casualty broker, benefits consultant, wealth manager, and retirement plan advisor. We enable client success through the expertise of our professionals across the globe, investments in innovative technologies, and enduring relationships with highly rated insurers, vendors and financial institutions.
Over eight-ten weeks, beginning in June and ending in August, the Summer Internship program is a paid multi-disciplinary program designed to complement your classroom training and career goals. The program is designed to introduce qualified and talented students to the many facets of a growing insurance brokerage and the industry as a whole.
Interns will have close access to company leaders while acquiring knowledge of a variety of service and specialty practice areas. The Summer Internship Program offers each intern a rotation across three distinct insurance product segments: employee benefits, retirement, and wealth management. Interns will work side-by-side with NFP professionals to experience unfiltered access to the role of an insurance broker, producer, and account manager. Just as importantly, interns will participate in a wide range of (in-person or virtual) networking and social opportunities across NFP community. Throughout the program interns will work towards a final project, drawing on their experiences across the three product segments, culminating in a presentation to NFP Leadership.
