NFP is looking for an Investment Associate to join our team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, with operations experience preferred
- An understanding of Retirement Plans (Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, 401k)
- Experience with ERISA is preferred
- Compliance experience preferred
- Strong math skills
- Strong communication skills and experience in communicating directly with clients
- In-office presence in Plainview, New York (Long Island)
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products

The base salary range for this position in NYC metro area is $65,000 annually to $80,000 annually.
The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
