NFP Retirement is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of clerical duties to support business management and investment sales operations. This is a fast-paced, confidential environment, requiring a high degree of organization, excellent written and communication skills, multi-tasking, and attention to detail. This is a full-time onsite role.

Responsibilities:

  • Data input for various investment product applications
  • Assisting management in organizing and managing weekly schedules
  • Arrange meetings and handle set up as requested
  • Building and tracking various projects using excel and other computer-based sales programs
  • Prepare and process all outgoing mail (including FedEx, UPS, USPS, messenger, etc.)
  • Stock and deliver supplies as directed
  • Ensure office cleanliness and organization
  • Update client database, including transitioning client accounts, new employees, etc.
  • Additional responsibilities/projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent follow through and attention to detail
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance
  • Ability to work in team setting, exhibiting flexibility and cooperation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret various forms and documents accurately
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong proficiency in and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed

The base salary range for this position in the state of California is $37,000 - $62,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
