NFP Retirement is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and executing operational activities across a variety of channels. This individual must demonstrate a high standard of professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meeting materials and client deliverables
  • Utilizes software for report creation
  • Sets and confirms consultant’s appointments
  • Coordinates with service providers to obtain necessary information
  • Answer and refers phone inquiries
  • Manages/updates databases

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required:

  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Capacity to respond appropriately to clients and escalate issues to management if necessary
  • Ability to apply problem-solving skills to complete tasks
  • Must work well in team environment with a positive attitude

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and/or other computer software systems

The base salary range for this position is $36,000 - $62,000 annually. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
