About the Position:

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day business, personal, and financial matters for assigned clients and entities. The Account Manager is further responsible for managing the workflow and ongoing supervision, training and mentoring of their bookkeeper. The Account manager works closely with one or more Partners and Managers, but the position requires time management skills and independent thinking and judgement.

Education & Experience:

  • Accounting background required.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs.
  • Effective time management and decision making skills.
  • Diligent follow up skills.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications.
  • Experience with Zenith or equivalent platform preferred.

This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility 2-3 days a week.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 – $110,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
