Summary:

PFS is looking to hire a new Account Manager to join its team. This Account Manager role will be a critical part of PFS’ success and works closely with all levels of PFS’ executive, management, and support team, along with a variety of external brokers and clients. The Account Manager will manage an existing portfolio of clients as well as handle new business accounts. This role is responsible for managing all aspects and stages of an insured client's file including initial quoting, coordination of underwriting and policy binding, all the way to potential claims handling. The Account Manager is responsible for managing their own work, participates in projects/assignments as requested and supports Underwriters throughout this process. The hired candidate will be asked to acquire their Accident & Health insurance license within 90 days of employment if not already completed.

Experience/Education Requirements

  • Life and health license
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2-3 years working in insurance; disability experience a plus
