We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of both technical and non-technical projects across our Pivotal Health division. This individual will play a critical role in collaborating with cross-functional teams—including product, analytics, clinical, and client services to ensure that project goals are met on time and within scope. A key component of the role is gathering and documenting business requirements to help define project objectives and drive successful outcomes in a pharmacy benefit consulting environment.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
1. Support cross-functional project execution across technical (e.g., data integrations, platform enhancements, tool improvements) and non-technical (e.g., workflows, process improvements, new product launches) initiatives within the pharmacy benefit consulting space.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders—including product, analytics, clinical, and client services—to gather, document, and refine business requirements that align with business needs and regulatory expectations.
3. Create and maintain project artifacts such as timelines, status trackers, and deliverables using tools like Smartsheet, Azure Boards, or Monday.com in alignment with industry standards and best practices.
4. Assist in risk identification and mitigation, working closely with senior project leads to proactively address blockers and dependencies.
5. Track project milestones and performance metrics, providing regular updates to internal leadership and other stakeholders.
6. Coordinate with vendors, developers, data analysts, and client-facing teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of deliverables.
7. Facilitate meetings and working sessions, including agenda prep, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
8. Support change management and training efforts, especially during system rollouts or process transitions.
