Position Description:
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our Branding/Universal Login Experience (ULX) team who will deliver capabilities that enable our customers to deliver branded, accessible, and customizable authentication experiences used by millions of people around the world.
The Branding/ULX team is responsible for the configurability and accessibility of our hosted login pages, prompts, custom domains, languages, messaging templates; basically the entire end-user authentication surface that people use to access applications. The Branding/ULX team enables our customers to provide fully branded, tailored, login experiences that meet strict regulatory and design requirements, including localization, accessibility standards, and multi-brand support.
In this role, you will leverage your technical background, good business sense, and ability to partner closely with engineering, product design, and product marketing teams to shape the product roadmap, deliver high-value solutions, and show measurable outcomes.
This is a high-impact role that requires you to understand multiple facets of the authentication experience, customer use-cases and business challenges across multiple regions and verticals, how to meet the needs of end-users who need to authenticate and how to best empower the development teams that implement identity in their applications.
A fierce curiosity, developer empathy, and strong collaboration skills are your keys to success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with engineering and design teams to build actionable requirements and deliver flexible authentication experiences
- Define and socialize a roadmap that articulates your product direction and strategy
- Build compelling business cases to support ongoing product delivery efforts
- Become the go-to subject matter expert for your product area
- Develop and test product hypotheses, working in a lean and iterative way
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics for your product area
- Work with cross-functional partners in Product Marketing and our field teams to enable successful feature launches and manage the product lifecycle
- Create assets to guide product development work (requirements documents, story maps, opportunity canvases, stories for implementation)
- Contribute to the assessment and improvement of processes and practices that can be shared with other product teams
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong leadership skills and presence
- Familiarity with front-end web technologies and web application development
- Technical aptitude and fluency to communicate with teams and customer developers
- Track record of successful delivery of technical enterprise products
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Functional experience in identity management, authentication solutions, or front-end web application development
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager
- Champion for collaborative, iterative product discovery and delivery
- Love the work of identifying and deeply understanding customer problems
- Like to get your hands dirty and use the products you build
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building products for developers
- Front-end web application development experience
- Practical experience working data and tools to analyze data
- Hands on experience with agile development tools like Jira and Confluence
- Ability to travel within US or Canada

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
