Your ‘day to day’
As a critical part of the IT Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for end to end delivery of the Industrial IoT Platform which is a key enabler Manufacturing of the Future. You will lead a team that will design and develop with the latest technologies (cloud, AI, Edge, IoT, Sensors, etc) and apply the power of data and digital to redefine and optimize Manufacturing. Working hand in hand, with business partners from Engineering and the Shop Floor, you will also incubate new technologies to determine feasibility and value. Beyond piloting breakthrough technologies, you will be responsible for the scaling solutions to be utilized across the enterprise.
Who we’re looking for
- 7-10 years of professional experience in solution delivery or similar roles with 2-3 years of In-depth exposure with IOT / IIOT platforms / Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) / MES Functional Consulting for Process & Batch Manufacturing Industry
- 5+ experience leading global IT delivery teams across dispersed locations
- 5+ years of experience in an industrial segment such as engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, transportation, or logistics
- Knowledge of IoT platform architecture and applications
- Well-versed in industrial IoT sensors, edge devices, data aggregators, and/or historian systems
- Working knowledge of OT-IT Integrations Including PLCs, SCADA with ERP & MES Systems
- Working Knowledge of ERP (SAP) Modules such as Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management System (WMS), etc.
- Experience with IOT/IIOT Platforms such as Azure IOT, AWS, PTC Thing Worx, etc.
- Knowledge of Software Development processes such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban will be a plus.
- Clear written and verbal communications skills; Attention to detail, self-motivated, creative, and flexible; excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science, technology, engineering, or math field. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
