Your Role in Our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work. And to contribute to achieving this mission, the Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the development and execution of U.S. and global email marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Database Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Growth and Content teams to build email campaigns that communicate the RG value proposition and drive engagement with the RG community.

Some of Your Responsibilities and Core Duties Will Be:

  • Development and execution of U.S. and global email campaigns
  • Promotion of events and other marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, and demand
  • Design and implementation of automated lead nurturing campaigns
  • Collaboration with global growth marketing and U.S. Sales on email creation and conversion optimization

The Experience and Key Skills You Will Have:

  • 2-3 years developing and executing B2B email marketing campaigns
  • Ability to write copy for email marketing campaigns that reflects the Reward Gateway tone of voice
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, without compromising quality or creativity
  • Experience working with creative teams to develop assets that reflect the Reward Gateway brand and drive responses/conversions
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub is a plus

  • Telephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Video interview with the Senior Database Marketing Manager and a member of the Marketing team
  • Take home assessment
  • Final interview and presentation assessment with Senior Database Marketing Manager and VP of Growth Marketing
