Job Description

You will be part of Rockwell’s GSM team helping our customers in their Digital Transformation particularly with the convergence of IT and OT and the acceleration of Industrial AI and evolving our clients from Automated Manufacturing to Autonomous Manufacturing. As a Consulting Manager, you will work with our clients in the CPG, Mining and Manufacturing industries, helping their efforts to solve challenging issues and assuming leadership roles among their team, developing meaningful client deliverables and experiencing Rockwell’s proud entrepreneurial and familial culture first-hand. The learning curve can be steep but the work will help you develop a broad set of skills and allow you to explore areas that are of your interest.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will consult with Fortune 1000 clients on main business goals related to innovation, strategy and product development

• Increase client's new product development processes and deploy supportive technologies in Industrial AI, IOT, Advanced Analytics, Industry 4.0, Mining Operations Management (MOM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Cybersecurity

• Lead and support Digital Value Acceleration workshops and advise technology, process and organizational design.

• Implement inspiring digital technologies like Internet of Things, Machine Learning, and Augmented Reality to help clients promote business model development, ensure new customer experiences and build new internal capabilities

• You will Prepare sales proposals, SOWs, and project plans in a team structure

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Minimum of 5 years of Consulting experience

• Strong Consulting Background comfortable with design thinking approach with clients to support our Digital Value Acceleration methodologies.

• Comfortable with advising and working with C-Level Executives in our major clients.

• Familiarity and previous experience with CPG, Mining and Manufacturing industries to be able to advise and bring thought leadership in those Industries

• Familiarity across the full project lifecycle and experience gathering our requirements and translating them to the technical team.

• Structured approach to client / internal engagement

• Excellent written / verbal communications
