We are looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Bid Lead to design and manage Softcat's Enterprise Bid Function for the development of compelling, high-quality bids for complex and high-value opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional writing skills, the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, and a proven track record of establishing and managing successful Enterprise grade bid functions in similar sized organisations.
As the Enterprise Bid Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, collab orating with key technical and business stakeholders to extract critical insights, and translating them into persuasive customer-focused content. You will be a key stakeholder in qualifying and shaping our responses to strategic opportunities, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

- Bid Leadership & Strategy
- Work with key Stakeholders to understand Softcat's Enterprise Strategy and create a Bid Function to enable its effective delivery.
- Lead the planning, development, and submission of high-quality bids for complex enterprise opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, technical teams, and business leaders to shape win themes, value propositions, and customer-centric messaging.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer's needs, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform bid strategy.
