At Transurban, we employ a strong compliance and risk culture and as a Tier 1 merchant, we're looking for a PCI DSS Specialist (internal job title, Compliance Manager) to provide leadership and guidance in the areas of PCI DSS and SWIFT, privacy, risk and compliance management.

Reporting into the Head of Compliance and Privacy, you'll get to work in collaboration with stakeholders at all levels across the business (including US and Canada) to educate and influence them, ensuring Transurban remains compliant through cyclical assessments.

The impact you'll have:

• As the subject matter expert (SME) for the Transurban Group, you'll facilitate a PCI DSS and SWIFT program throughout the broader Transurban business
• You'll lead and coordinate the annual PCI DSS and SWIFT compliance assessment and certification process to ensure Transurban's ongoing compliance
• You'll assist internal stakeholders to understand and manage their PCI DSS, SWIFT, privacy and risk and compliance requirements and ensure that compliance with these requirements is embedded as good business practice
• You'll build and maintain relationships internally with other teams and externally with the Qualified Security Assessor (QSA)
• You'll work in a business environment which proactively values risk management and be part of a high performing supportive team
  

The talents you'll bring:

• You'll be seen as the 'technical expert' in PCI DSS, and have formal security certifications completed (such as CISM or CISSP)
• You'll have demonstrated leadership capability in a similar compliance function, ideally with experience in a senior technology-related compliance role, such as a Compliance Specialist / Manager
• Ideally, you'll come from a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) background, aiding your ability to hit the ground running
• You'll be familiar with cloud-based computing platforms
• You will have previous risk experience working with technology and security risk assessments
• Your communication skills will be highly developed enabling you to mediate difficult conversations and influence outcomes
• A natural builder of relationships, you'll enjoy getting on the front foot, embedding yourself in the business and with external regulatory authorities and stakeholders
• You'll naturally explore new ideas and better ways of working and you'll have the ability to implement continuous improvement processes, including the roll out of education and training
