The Role
In this diverse role, you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional service to deepen customer loyalty and advocacy to retain business. You will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions though telephone and email channels, to assist customers with maintaining their insurance cover. The role will see you execute agreed strategies to maintain and improve customer retention across multiple interactions including cancellations, cover reductions and financial hardship. In addition, you will also provide support to our vulnerable customers.
