The Talent Services team is responsible for providing efficient, scalable, user- friendly, and compliant programs to Microsoft employees to engage external talent. Our team achieves its mission through a large-scale contingent staffing program and freelance program, each supported by a Managed Services Provider (MSP).

Responsibilities
- Be accountable for talent services programs as part of a team in multiple geographies across assigned functions (i.e. contingent workforce and independent contractor/freelance programs) .
- Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee operations in designated geographical region.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to the managed services provider (MSP) or other supplier resources to deliver program goals and objectives
- Review program metrics and stakeholder feedback to drive ongoing program improvement while growing program utilization and value.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders when evaluating contingent workforce staffing strategies, processes, and policies to ensure practices align with Microsoft principles
- Ensure user satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
- Drive digital transformation through innovative contingent workforce solutions, including emerging talent sourcing trends.
- Provide meaningful leadership and impact to Microsoft’s supplier diversity goals, while supporting expanding social responsibility initiatives.
- Partner with Procurement teams, business groups, Finance, IT, HR and legal teams to anticipate contingent workforce needs across the organization while complying with ever-changing statutory regulations.
- Exercise judgment and take appropriate action within defined program policies and procedures.
- Network with industry and professional organizations to stay up to date on trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ year(s) program management, HR, staffing industry, or Procurement experience -OR- equivalent experience.
- Experience managing a large and complex service offering, including oversight and accountability for program KPI’s, stakeholder relationship management, supplier management, program development, and change management.
- Ability to advise and influence business leaders and stakeholders without authority and work collaboratively within a global and diverse set of stakeholders.
- Adept at presenting and evaluating complex, large work items involving business process and/or technology to executive levels
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and deadlines with the ability to work in ambiguous scenarios and create clarity to drive cross functional engagements to achieve business objectives.
- Proven ability to develop multi-year strategy, business case, requirements, and project plans resulting in measurable business impact.
- Experience collaborating with and managing service providers to contractual expectations while inspiring passion for the business.
- General knowledge of contingent workforce regulations including worker classifications and compliance requirements preferable.
- Strong analytical skills / data-driven decision-making acumen.
