As part of the Microsoft Solutions - Support Services sales organization, we are seeking a Director of Business Planning and Strategy. In this role, you will work across the Support Sales team to lead the Support Sales Corp to Corp Rhythm of the Business (RoB) and Corp to Field Rhythm of Connection (RoC) by bringing together the necessary components such as finance, sales, marketing, delivery etc to ensure robust input and dialogue during these key business meetings. This role will set the standard for business performance governance and task tracking management - resulting in optimized feedback and task execution channels that drive key issues and insights to meaningful resolution.
The candidate will be a highly determined, self-motivated individual who fosters cross-organizational relationships and builds trusted connections to ensure key sales insights and issues are highlighted, tracked, and successfully resolved.

The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $144,600 and $216,600.
At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
