The Azure portal team provides a platform to hundreds of developers within Microsoft, allowing them to build thousands of experiences within our single page web application. This position is for a strong data PM on the part of the team that promotes, drives, and grows a data-driven culture within our developer / design / PM ecosystem. We provide an ecosystem of over 200 teams with a high-quality telemetry pipeline, a near real-time alerting infrastructure, and a robust experimentation & A/B testing system. This individual will work with partner teams across various disciplines to establish requirements, drive product vision, and increase the overall product quality for the Azure portal.

Responsibilities
- Drive, deliver, and support a robust telemetry pipeline that will be leveraged by 100s of product teams within Microsoft.
- Collaborate across product teams to understand requirements, assess feasibility, and prioritize feature delivery.
- Own product vision and strategy for the telemetry platform.
- Work with data scientists to create data visualization tools (such as dashboards).
- Generate ideas for analytics and visualization solutions that can be easily used by product teams to accelerate their growth and enable data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
- 1+ years' experience in product or program management
- Customer obsessed; always starts with customer scenarios in mind, seeks to understand customer pain points and build end-to-end experiences that offer a compelling value-prop.
- Experience with experimentation / AB testing to validate hypotheses.
- Experience in telemetry / usage analysis, Kusto (KQL) is a plus.
- Passion to motivate and inspire team while driving product excellence.
- The ability to lead across disciplines, collaborate, and influence your peers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
