CS Energy is thrilled to invite motivated and enthusiastic individuals to apply for our highly sought-after Electrical & Instrumentation Apprenticeship Program. This full-time, fixed-term opportunity spans five years and offers hands-on training at our Callide Power Station, starting in February 2026.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an apprentice, you won’t just be learning—you’ll be powering Queensland! You’ll gain hands-on experience under the guidance of skilled tradespeople, carrying out vital maintenance tasks in key plant areas. You’ll help keep our station running safely, reliably, and efficiently—learning everything from instrumentation to electrical systems along the way.

ABOUT YOU
Successful candidate will possess the following:
- High School Certificate (Year 10 minimum)
- Strong aptitude in Mathematics and English
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High safety focus
- Motivation to learn and develop new skills
- Manual drivers licence
