Microsoft Store Studio is looking for an AEM Experience Platform Specialist that is excited about improving the customer journey across Microsoft.com. You will work with multiple partners across the Marketing Consumer and Business (MCB) organization, and engineering to define and design our page layout strategy. Microsoft is migrating our broad network of sites over to our new platform built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role will collaborate with internal creatives to create the experience by building a set of page layouts that drive consistency and unifies our customer journey.

- Develop our page layouts strategy within AEM, aligned with partner goals and business requirements.
- Manages AEM page layout library and standards
- Analyzes new requirements for websites and transforms them to standardized authoring requirements for Engineering
- Expands product knowledge and shares expertise with the organization
- Owns business requirement prioritization and standardization
- Manages standards and processes for the platform

This role will allow for 80% remote work with 20% onsite from a Microsoft Stores HUB office location.
Responsibilities
- Working with the Design Director, set the strategic design vision and tactical priorities for designing our template strategy across Microsoft Consumer and Business site experiences.
- Conduct assessments of existing Microsoft properties to translate customer needs into design requirements.
- Work closely with our design system lead to inform component and pattern design updates for partners.
- Visualize your ideas through the creation of wireframes, design mocks, basic prototyping, and storytelling.
- Work across our internal Studio leads and organizational boundaries to define, manage and prioritize work.
- Work showcasing your best B2C and/or B2B examples for web and mobile optimized applications.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams.
- Deep expertise working with the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).
